TIMES: One-Two Day Training

AUDIENCE: Students and Staff

PURPOSE: The training is designed to foster teamwork, decision-making skills and greater communication among students and staff by providing a variety of experiential activities and problem-solving initiatives. In addition, the experiential activities will empower the students to help each other make better personal choices in order to have a more positive and productiv school experience.

OBJECTIVES:

	To build awareness of the student's role in creating and maintaining a positive school climate.
	To motivate and empower students to become leaders and help create positive changes in the school community.
	To provide opportunities for students to get to know others so that there is a greater appreciation of the diversity and a stronger sence of community among the student body.
