The training is designed to foster decision-making, problem-solving, listening and communication skills by providing a variety of experiential activities and problem-solving initiatives. In addition, the activities will empower students to help each other make better personal choices in order to have a more positive and productive school experience. Also, principles of leadership, group dynamics and interpersonal life skills will be discussed to help stress the importance of expressing ideas with confidence while still working cooperatively within a group.
